Shipping Area

Banana Cyclops currently ships within the United States only.

Production Time

Because our products are made to order, orders generally require 2–4 business days for production before they are shipped.

Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Transit Time

After an order has been produced and shipped, delivery generally takes 10–15 business days.

This means the typical total time from placing an order to delivery is approximately 12–19 business days, although actual delivery times may vary.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you after your order has shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to update after an order enters the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs or other circumstances outside of Banana Cyclops' control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
